Lots of resources have gone into my thought processes on these topics. The biggest of all is, of course, my own experience. However, I do make a point of trying to research and inform my view points (occupational habit). Here, you can find some of the books, websites, etc. that have helped me and that I have found useful in wrestling with these topics.
